Saint Maarten is a beautiful place, awesome beaches, club’s bars and casino’s and friendly people.
Jet still in 2020 there are still places like schools, shelters and homes that have visible damage from hurricane Irma (2017) cost of living is much higher than the neighbouring islands and many local people live day to day. We cannot solve all of these issues, but would like to do our part. As a son born from a true Saint Martiner I would like to start a legacy in his name.
Starting with fulfilling his dream and building a home for his children and grandchildren but not stopping at that. As we have created a project for a multiple family home where we can establish to build affordable homes for three families (depending on the funding even establish five family homes) In total. The homes will be built with ICF technic, a proven system that can withstand fires and hurricanes and have minimal maintenance for over 30 years.
The project will continue to grow as we in the future plan to create a self-sustaining community.
