Gridiron South Africa has been invited to participate in the Maryland International Football Tournament by the Anne Arundel County Cobras.
Gridiron RSA was founded in 2015 to bring to life the dream of American football in South Africa.
Our continuous efforts have rewarded us an opportunity to send a team of 25 players and 5 coordinators/coaches to the USA to honour an invitation to participate in the Maryland International Football Tournament.
The tournament will commence on the 22nd of April 2023.
Our vision for Gridiron RSA is to have a super league of game in South Africa. This involves showcasing the sport in different live venues and screens. This would require inputs from the good hearts and minds of the world.
The prestigious Maryland International Football Tournament would require us to raise funds and awareness.
Gridiron RSA would be eternally grateful for any donations. These donations would give our talented players and team members endless opportunities to fully realize our strengths and capabilities.
Gridiron RSA would need a total of R300 000 to fully cover the tour.
