Our campaign #ENDGBV-F is aimed at alleviating 1 of the 10 key challenges stated in South Africa’s National Strategic Plan, which is Gender Based Violence and Femicide. Founded by the Empire Partner Foundation, we aim to tackle this “second pandemic” as described by our President Cyril Ramaphosa, through technology and our partnership with #Afri-Tec by developing an SOS Alert App. Furthermore, we are currently building a National Crime Database, which we believe will benefit all South African communities to fight the scourge of gender-based violence.
