As a woman who suffered terrible domestic abuse for 19 years and was so trapped by my own co-dependency and the hold he had over my children, I have a grassroots level understanding of the psychology of the cycle of abuse. I also had to watch my children endure the violence.
My Dream is to help woman and children leave, give them a safe place a chrysalis to turn from broken to butterfly. I need to study trauma counselling to do this and full fill my purpose…or else what I endured was in vain…help me help them…
