INDUSTRIALIZATION IN ZIMBABWE

We want to offer free business skills training to street vendors in Zimbabwe, including writing compelling business plans in value adding enterprises. Then we want to pair them with business investors, for capital injection. Investors will also be required to provide ongoing entrepreneurial mentorship, to improve business acumen and to assist with access to the market.

The aim is to address shortage of jobs in Zimbabwe, hence massive displacement. We also want to address lack of industrialization in Africa, Zimbabwe in this case. Industrialization creates jobs, wealth and transforms economies and improves earning power.

We also want to address the three documented impediments to entrepreneurship in Africa (Zim in this case), of lack of capital, lack of business skills and lack of access to markets. That is why our strategy is to pair aspiring manufacturing entrepreneurs with experienced business people. They will help with capital, offer ongoing business skills mentoring and help with access to markets
