Jaylin is 4 years old. The most beautiful little girl, with a smile, that can light up a room. Jaylin was born with silent reflux. At 18 months she outgrew that and then started to have severe constipation. Seeing Drs doing tests no answers. Just started her on Pegicol. All went well until last year(2018) Jaylin stopped eating. Soon after that, she started to have a fever. When she tried to go, it tore her and she bled. We ended up in hospital in March. They started giving her enemas, 3 times a day for 7 days. Blood tests x-rays, all kinds. They picked up that she had calcification on her liver. After 7 days in the hospital, we were sent home without answers. I’ve lost my job since. The company got liquidated. March this year we took her for a checkup sonar. There they picked up that the colon was completely blocked, causing infection in her insides. The inflammation caused, more inflammation building up at the sides of her spine. Her spleen is enlarged, and she had enlarged lymph nodes in her insides. We were referred to a specialist, more tests were done, she was then admitted to hospital for Colonoscopy & Gastroscopy, CT Scan, sweet test, bowel test, Urine test, x-rays, more blood tests, spit test. We are waiting for feedback, but what we do know so far is that her liver has slightly enlarged. What it means we don’t know yet. The fund me request is for medical expenses our medical aid refuses to pay
