My names Jandre. I am the only child of Marlene and Deon.
When I was 6 my father and mother divorced and my father got the house but thankfully I got to stay with my mother. She didn’t have money and moved in with her parents (This is currently where we are living).
My father pad part of the school fees until I turned 13 last years when I was in 7th grade. I started getting severe panic attacks at school, and felt like life was becoming a burden. I was diagnosed with depression, social anxiety and Aspergers (Asd).
I was in a mental hospital (not like an asylum but a pretty chilled place) I got a psychologist recommended to me and it was declared that I would no longer be able to function in a public school situation, this is where the problems began.
My father refused to pay for my hospital stay (the court stated he must pay for all school and medical expenses) The debt began to build up as my mother was forced to pay up, because she is a single mother she doesn’t have too much money. We couldn’t file a case against my father for emotional and financial abuse.
Mid 2019 I tried to commit suicide but failed and ended up in an asylum (like the movie ones) and I went in and out of hospitals. but with all of these hospital visits/expenses our debt started to sit at R400 000. I was molested when I was 8 or 7 at my father’s house by one of his friend’s multiple times. I told my father after a while and he did nothing. This left me extremely scarred and with no respect for my father.
My mother tried killing herself 2 months ago, and this took a huge toll on me, and the reason was my father (obviously it isn’t 100% his fault but he was the major factor) My mother and father have lawyers barking at each other. I am trying to give my mother sole custody over me but she can’t handle that because my father needs to pay the debt first.
I’m not really sure how much money this will make if any but R100 000 would be enough to launch a court case. there is always the 0,000000000001 case of you guys donating enough money to just pay of the debt and force him away from me and my mother (which would actually be amazing I’m in tears thinking about it)
