Who are we?

Cannasaur was founded for the love of cannabis and its healing properties. Both Founders, known by many for their spontaneousness, came together and discussed a future endeavor and Cannasaur was established.

Cannasaur – the combination of the two elements; Cannabis and Dinosaur – we have created a lasting image imprinted for the sole purpose to return to the Stoned ages.

To ensure that Cannasaur remains on the rails of the cannabis market, we have allowed for a Vision; “To be the number 1 supplier within South Africa of the highest quality cannabis and its byproducts.”

To ensure a fair and responsible environment Cannasuar turns to its Mission Statement:

  • To ensure every employee and customer receive training on their basic rights.
  • To ensure a safe and hygienic working environment, that aids to the benefit of everyone (Client or employee) To ensure that all laws set out by the government of South Africa are strictly adhered to at all times.

We here at Cannasaur want to be able not to just provide South Africans with quality cannabis products, but to ensure that we also educate each and every one that comes into contact with Cannasaur to not just understand your rights as a civilian but to invoke a change wherein no person can be comprehended by the current law.

To ensure a safe, hygienic, and conducive working environment, that aids to the benefit everyone (Client or employee.)

To ensure that basic hygienic practices are put into place and adhered to every day. As we strive to be conformant to Human and Business law (Hygienic Practice). By providing the right sterile equipment to the correct department, it enables us to be clean and meticulous from our growing till distribution of our products.

To ensure that all laws set out by the government of South Africa are strictly adhered to at all times.

We at Cannasuar pride ourselves in being ever-present to current legislation set out by the Southern African Government. As we are a provider of cannabis related products, we conform to Section 21 of Saphra (Othordox medicine use). As too, we are a company that is bound and conform to Business Law, Consumer Protection Act (CPA), and other regulatory bodies.

We here at Cannasuar, want to focus everything above-mentioned to these three words. Giving us the ability to really become a step closer to providing our product to greater Southern Africa.

Types and Forms of Marketing

We here at Cannasuar want to utilise the current means of advertising; Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok Application (Android & IoS)

However, we do not wish to promote but give the platform to those clients who purchase our products, to advertise and provide feedback based on their opinion. This will also allow us to grow not just a word-of-mouth presence but a digital presence. As not mentioned, Cannasaur will not have a website, to also lessen the Cost-to-company(CTC).

As Cannasaur strives to be a long lasting name, we have factored in a few predictions for Cannasaur for the first 4 Quarters of its existence. This section will be amended and updated as certain growths and deceleration points are hit.

Business Performance

Within Q1 of Cannasaurs existence, there will already be a digital presence as the buildup towards our products will be matched with industry standards. This will drive expected participation of 1000 people. Generating a ROI of 2.3%.

Within Q2 of Cannasaur, Now with an established presence, the company expects to load 5 – 10 resellers, qualifying to industry standards, which will increase our profit margin by 6.5% amounting to an ROI of 16.1% (Based on average; 7)

Within Q3 of Cannasaur, and its resellers, we would like to venture into other provinces within South Africa, opening at least 3 resellers. This generated a new venture for Cannasaur and its proprietors.

Within Q4 Cannasaur, after opening in other parts of the country we should see an upward spike of +- 20% of ROI

Chad Paulse:

Head of Project Management & CEO

A 24-year-old South African, with the dream to become an assistant to the current economy. Providing South Africa with not just utmost quality products but innovative ideas to assist in the South African Market. Currently holding 7 Certificates from E-marketing Institute in digital marketing and its fundamentals, 8 certificates obtained by Google Inc. Bba and MBA in Business Project Management (Regenesys School of Business). With expertise in Project Management, Business Management, Marketing Management. Years of experience in Online Marketing Management. Chad has been involved in the communities with music outreach programs to assist those under dire circumstances to learn music. He was involved in his church. Devoting all his time and efforts to assist within most departments in the church (Music Department: Organist, Music leader, Young People Leader, District Music Coordinator, NACTV). Over the years Chad has been able to point out areas of concern and effect change within this organization. Chad has subsequently gone through a tremendous blow; however he is striving to grow beyond market expectation. Chad is responsible for the projects conducted within the company and to ensure that all stages of the projects are completed.

Dillon Ashton Higgins:

Head of Quality Control & COO

A 29-year-old South African, who started his love for bringing about change in his food he offered to those clients that were in anticipation for quality products. The years of experience can be coupled with the drive for the best quality of products he served. Dillon has also obtained his Diploma in Travel and Tourism. Allowing Cannasaur to utilize this strength to our advantage. Dillon too has expertise and years of experience in growing and cultivating Cannabis. This allows our customers to not only get quality but also know what strain they are being introduced to. Dillon has assisted in the growth of Cannasaur to the point wherein we are seeking the financial assistance to allow this company to be available to South Africa. Dillon has been recently promoted to COO, wherein he serves to report to the board on operations on site and off site. Keeping Administration pertaining to the company’s operations.
