I have been riding and working with horses since I was 6 years old. They are my true love, my passion, and my saviors. Horses and animals have helped me through so much in my life. I have battled with depression, anxiety and suicide attempts, the horses have always been there to ground me. They will never judge and will always keep your secrets. They are my safe place, they are my heart. I want to be able to share that special thing that they have with children and adults alike. I currently have a riding school that specialized in children’s riding lessons, most of the horses in my school have either been abused/abandoned and or unwanted. The riding school gives them new life and a purpose. The children learn so much more than just riding, they learn respect, responsibility, and self-confidence to name a few. I have the opportunity to expand my school onto a bigger property with more facilities. My dream is to make it a safe place and a fun place for children to learn and interact with horses. My plan is to also add an animal touch farm onto the property. I have done a lot of rescue work with animals and horses alike. Obviously, this takes time and finances. This is where you come in to help make that dream come true. The main things that the funding is needed for are fencing and housing for the animals as well as general clean up, as the property has been standing for some time. Please help me achieve my dream.
