The Haven is a God fearing Organisation that takes in Children between the ages of 0-18 that have been Raped, Abused, Abandoned or that are Severely Disabled and place them in undisclosed Safe houses for their safety and well-being.
At These Safe houses we Care for, Nurture, School, Love and Support these Children until a Court decision has been made concerning the child or They come of age where they begin their life as an Adult.
We currently have 27 Safe houses and in care of +-84 Children (the number of Children always fluctuates) located throughout South Africa that are maintained and funded by The Haven and Generous Donations by a mixture of Corporate entities and Caring people that selflessly donate what they can to help and support these Children and our Organisation.
Our Care and effort does not just stop at the children who are in need but also to the severely Disabled who are also in need of the help, care, love and support that we give to the Children with a total of 197 who are either in our care or that we Help and support.
There are also 24 Elderly that we are caring for and helping. 21 Ladies and 3 Gentlemen who don’t have any one in the world to help or care for them.
We at the Haven do not seek fame, glory or recognition for what we do or for who we care for we do all of this out of the Love and Kindness of our Heart so that the Children who were unfortunately mistreated and unwanted by the world can have a bright, prosperous and Happy Future or that the Elderly who don’t have anyone or anything in the world, Live out their final years Happy and someone is caring by their side Happy and content knowing we are there to care for them and be by their side.
With The Grace of God and anyone willing to Help and Donate even just a little can make a Total difference in the lives of those who need it most.
