There is nothing better than helping a friend in need and that is my aim with this fundraiser. My buddy Jack Mpeti was poisoned during a faith conference in the war torn country DRC. He was bedridden under the idea that he contracted malaria a month ago but has since not recovered. After some medical tests done it was discovered that he had been poisoned and is in need of medical attention in the DRC.
This man has only been a pillar in his community setting up a church in his backyard. His humble family home has become a centre of faith serving his community through the exceedingly difficult times facing his people in the DRC. His community has been able to give him $100 of the $850 needed for his treatment.
They have shared the little they have to help him but it is not enough. If we help him we help his fellow community members also. Thank you so much for considering my friend in the DRC and his local community.
