Mr. Cedrick Musonera, a Burundian Refugee living in Durban, South African and who worked as a Delivery Man for Uber Eats, was brutally and unnecessarily gunned down and murdered outside KFC on Florida Road, simply because he went to the front of the queue to collect a pre-ordered (online) delivery. He was part of a very poor but hardworking Burundian Community in Durban. His family is based in rural Burundi and it is going to cost R26000 just to repatriate his body back to his family in his Country for a dignified burial and farewell. I cannot imagine the pain his loved ones are feeling at this moment, not only from having their Son murdered in a Country that he came to for a better chance at life, but not having the funds to bring him home and give him the dignified send-off that he so richly deserves. I am appealing to you to assist in any way possible. Every rand will help.
